Residents of the UAE wishing to opt for our luxury car rental service can do so by sharing copies of their valid UAE driving license and their Emirates ID.
Those arriving in the UAE as tourists and wishing to explore luxury or sports car rental options in Dubai can sign up with us by sharing a valid international driver’s license and a copy of the Visit Visa or Visa Stamp.
While UAE Resident Visa Holders only need a valid UAE Driving License, visitors from GCC countries need to provide a valid GCC country driving license. Tourists from countries other than the GCC group need to submit an international driving license to avail of car rental services.

Eligibility & Services
Yes. All drivers must meet the renting location’s minimum age requirements and have a valid driver’s license.
To ensure a hassle-free experience, our customers only need to book an appointment with one of our customer service executives. Thereafter, we will book your vehicle for service and arrange for a replacement vehicle. Please note that we provide this service for all categories of rental cars including sports & luxury, as well as budget-friendly economy cars.
Policies & Violations
Drivers are expected to abide by traffic rules and regulations in the UAE. For every traffic fine levied by the driver of the vehicle, the customer will be charged a nominal fee to cover the charges. This applies to all vehicles including sports and luxury cars.
All fines or offences related to all Premium Crystal vehicles are processed by our team and subsequent notification and costs are invoiced to the customer.
In case the renter meets an accident and is booked by the police under a hit-and-run case, irrespective of culpability, the renter must pay Premium Crystal the full amount of insurance excess listed on the Vehicle Hire Agreement. However, if the client opts for SDW, this clause does not apply. Nevertheless, a police report must be registered in all cases.
Emergencies & Incidents
In the event of an unfortunate accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter must immediately notify the police. A police report is mandatory in such cases; otherwise, the renter will be held responsible for the entire cost of damage to the vehicle.
Report the theft to the police immediately, obtain a copy of the police report, and notify Premium Crystal Car Rental without any delay.
Rental Duration & Costs
While we understand that the comforts of luxury and sports cars are hard to let go of, we value punctuality. Hence, if a renter is late in returning the car as per the stipulated deadline, an additional day’s charge is applied as per the category of the vehicle – luxury, sports, or economy.
The rental price for a car in Dubai varies based on factors such as the car type, model, and rental duration.
