In case the renter meets an accident and is booked by the police under a hit-and-run case, irrespective of culpability, the renter must pay Premium Crystal the full amount of insurance excess listed on the Vehicle Hire Agreement. However, in case the client wants to go for SDW, the clause does not apply. Nevertheless, a police report must be registered in all cases.
In the event of an unfortunate accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter must immediately notify the police. A police report is mandatory in such cases otherwise the renter will be held responsible for the entire cost of damage to the vehicle.
Report the theft to the police immediately, obtain a copy of the police report, and notify Premium Crystal car rental without any delay.
